In order that the <br /> various departments they service would continue to function <br /> they continued to purchase repair parts through the end of <br /> the year. Much of this repair work was in fact on Bureau <br /> of Streets equipment. <br /> The Bureau of Streets was able to effect a savings in <br /> their Emulsion account FA1-423 of just over $12 , 000 . 00. I <br /> request Council approval to transfer $12 , 000 . 00 from this line <br /> account to Repair Parts FAl-430 within the same major whereby <br /> the Bureau of streets could liquidate some of the bills carried <br /> over in this account by the Municipal Service Facility. <br /> Respectfully yours , <br /> Donald L.
