E-3 and dated February 14, 1972 <br /> and; '. <br /> 7 <br /> MIEREAS, the parties hereto have agreed to amend the said Grant <br /> Contract for Code Enforcement Program In. E-3 as amended to date (herein <br /> called the "Existing Contract") ; ' <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual benefits <br /> flowing to the Grantee and the Government, the Existing Contract is <br /> hereby amended as follows: <br /> Section A. In SEC. 5 of the Existing Contract <br /> replaced by "$581,769.00", "$511,769.00" is <br /> E <br /> Section B, In (3) of (a) of SEC. 6 of the Existing Contract, '$64,000.00" (� <br /> is replaced by "$169,001.00". <br /> Section C.
