After review, Ms. Cathy Eli, <br />Code Enforcement, recommended the awards of the vehicles to the highest responsive and <br />responsible bidders as noted in bold above. <br />BOARD ATTORNEY JOINS MEETING <br />Board of Works Attorney Michael Schmidt joined the meeting at 9:45 a.m., relieving Attorney <br />Anderson. <br />OPENING OF BIDS — SALE OF CITY PROPERTY — 315 CAMDEN <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced property. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News, which were found to be sufficient. Ms. Martin, Clerk of the Board, stated there <br />were no bids received. <br />OPENING AND AWARD OF BIDS — JMS FACADE WORK — PROJECT NO. 116-048R <br />(RWDA TIF) <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced project. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the I n- <br />County News, which were found to be sufficient. After <br />review, Mr. Corbitt Kerr, Community Investment, informed the Board he would not be awarding <br />the bid today. <br />AWARD BID — NEWMAN CENTER WINDOW AND DOOR REPAIR — PROJECT NO. 117- <br />001 (REDA TIF) <br />Mr. Rich Estes, Community Investment, advised the Board that on March 14, 2017, bids were <br />received and opened for the above referenced project.
