<br />above referenced project, indicating a final cost of $4,598.75. Upon a motion made by Ms.
<br />Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the Project Completion Affidavit was approved.

<br />above referenced project, indicating a final cost of $32,211.00. Upon a motion made by Ms.
<br />Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the Project Completion Affidavit was approved.

<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted the Project Completion
<br />Affidavit on behalf of Martell Electric, LLC, 4601 Cleveland Road, South Bend, IN 46628, for
<br />the above referenced project, indicating a final cost of $27,312. Upon a motion made by Ms.
<br />Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the Project Completion Affidavit was approved.

<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Jeff Hudak, Central Services, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced equipment. Therefore, upon a motion
<br />made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the above request was approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE SALE OF CITY OWNED
<br />PROPERTY — 616-618 SHERMAN AVENUE
<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Ms. Debrah Jennings, Community and Economic Development,
<br />stated her department has received an Application to Purchase Vacant City -Owned Property at
<br />the above address. She noted in her memorandum that she has determined that the City has no
<br />need for the property; the intended use of the petitioner is appropriate; and the petitioner is
<br />eligible to purchase the property as an abutting property owner. Ms. Jennings stated she is
<br />therefore requesting to advertise the sale of the property per I.C. 36-1-11-5. Upon a motion made
<br />by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the above request was approved.

<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Corbitt Kerr, Community Investment, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced project. Also presented at this time for
<br />approval and execution was the Title Sheet. Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by
<br />Ms. Dorau and carried, the above request to advertise was approved, and the Title Sheet was
<br />approved and signed.
