Three separate transfers are being <br />requested; each to be treated separately. This letter covers <br />the need in one (1) item. <br />I recommend a resolution by the Common Council transferring <br />$15,000 from Account 262.4 (Data Processing) to Account 262 <br />(Medical, Surgical, Dental). The primary reason for this is to <br />pay most of this year's expense at the Chicago Institute of <br />Rehabilitation for Corporal Maurice Woods. Reviewing our Data <br />Processing account there will be a surplus making this transfer <br />possible. <br />Placing such resolution on your Agenda for November 8, 1976 would <br />be most helpful. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Michael C.
