The <br />particular need is to purchase an air conditioning unit for <br />our central radio complex. During the spring and fall when <br />the Municipal Services central system is not in operation, <br />temperatures have gone over 900. The unit needed would <br />operate separately from the central system. I feel that the <br />Office Equipment account can get by without that amount of <br />money for this year. <br />Placing such resolution on your Agenda for November 8, 1976 <br />would be most helpful. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Michael C.
