REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 13, 2017 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana met in the <br />Council Chambers of the County -City Building on Monday, March 13th, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. The <br />meeting was called to order by Council President Tim Scott and the Invocation was given by <br />Reverend James B. The minutes of the February 13th, 2017 and February 27th, 2017 <br />meetings of the Common Council, therefore, would not be accepted until the Common Council <br />meeting on March 27th, 2017. <br />SPECIAL BUSINESS <br />Councilmember Tim Scott announced that, due to technical difficulties, there would only be an <br />audio recording of the evening's proceedings, which would be posted on the City's website <br />along with the minutes of the evening's meeting. <br />17 -13 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />PUBLICLY CONGRATULATING THE SAINT <br />JOSEPH HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS VARSITY <br />BASKETBALL TEAM FOR WINNING THE <br />IHSAA 3A GIRLS BASKETBALL STATE <br />CHAMPIONSHIP <br />Councilmember Jo M.
