REGULAR MEETING MARCH 14,201 72 <br />Mr. Terry Collins asked the Board to review some pictures be took of alleys that had dead-end <br />signs and/or fences at the ends, noting that dead-end alleys have apparently been approved <br />previously. Attorney Schmidt stated the Board has an obligation to follow Indiana Statute. He <br />noted Mr. Collins has provided pictures that the Board can and should investigate, but their <br />review is not flexible, they have to follow statute. He recommended that research be done to see <br />if these were approved by any Board, adding the Council has more flexibility in these situations. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board; upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the meeting adjourned at 11:22 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUB.EIC WORKS <br />Gary A.
