North of <br />Memorial Drive approach <br />REMARKS: All criteria has been met <br />REVISION: Speed Limit — 30 mph to 40 mph <br />LOCATION: Douglas Road from Eastern to Western City limits <br />REMARKS: All criteria has been met <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO <br />REMONSTRATE —25740 HUNT TRAIL — SEWER <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Dennis Miller, 25740 Hunt Trail, South Bend, IN 46628. The <br />Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into public sanitary sewer system of <br />the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to the above referenced property at 25740 Hunt Trail <br />South Bend, IN 46628 (Key No. 021-1036-058907), the Miller's waive(s) and release(s) any and <br />all rights to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by <br />the City of South Bend.
