McDonald, State Examimer to the Board informs the Board that <br />the drawings and specifications for Fire Station No. 13 have been approved. <br />The letter was accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />ELECrRILUL DEPARTMENT (PETITIONS) <br />The following petitions for street lights were referred to the Rlectrical <br />Department for investigation and recommentation: <br />Garden Lane between the 700 and 800 Block. <br />Kaley Street and Marquette <br />INDIANA & MICHIGAN PROPOSED STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM ( WEST SAMPLE) <br />The proposed new street lighting system for West Sample between Michigan -and <br />Lafayette, referred to the Electrical Department for examination was returned <br />to the Board with a favorable recommendation. The Board, following this <br />recommendation, approved the proposal. <br />ELECRRICAL DEPARTMENT ( STREET LIGHT INSTALLATION) <br />Following the recommendation of the Electrical Departmentg the Board approved <br />the installation of a street light between 1700 and 1800 §lock, Pulaski from <br />Calvert to Dubail. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />A Street Light Outage Report was accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />WEIQHIS & MEASLRES MONTHLY REPORT <br />The monthly report from the Weights & Measures Department was accepted and <br />ordered placed on file. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT (APPLICATION) <br />An application from Osba Lee Nicks for the Fire Department was accepted and <br />ordered placed on file. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT (APPLICATION) <br />An application from Wayne Arthur Clark for the Police Department was accepted <br />and ordered placed on file. <br />
