Monroe St. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />Street Light Outage Report was accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />WEIGHTS & MEASURES REPORT <br />A Report from the Department of Weights & Measures was examined, accepted <br />and ordered placed on file. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT (APPLICATION) <br />An application from Ronald Jerome. Janowczyk was accepted and ordered placed <br />on file. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />Monthly Report for the Monty of May from the Building Department was accepted and <br />ordered placed on file. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 11:30 A.M. <br />1� <br />Chairm <br />Attest: Anthony J. Sab , Clerk <br />June 12, 1961 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, June 12, <br />1961 at 10:00 A.M. DST. All members were present. Minutes of the last regular <br />meeting were read and approved. Vouchers were approved and ordered paid to <br />the various suppliers. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT (MAINLINE EXTRUSION. INC.) <br />Comes now Verner Lane, Building Commissioner, with a Plan of property and <br />buildings known as 2506 S. Main Street and results of survey of said property <br />which shows that a small portion extends on city property. <br />After examination by the Board approved the survey contingent upon the owner <br />supplying insurance for personal injury of $100,000 per person, $300,000 <br />aggragate and $25,000 property damage - all indemnifying the City of South <br />Bend in the above amounts. Further, that no damages will be awarded to the <br />owner for the land or any part of the building that sets on said property <br />in case the City needs or takes said property. <br />RE: COMPLAINT - (ASSOCTATFS SALES AND SFRVTCF. TNC. AGATNST MATNUNF FXTRIIS <br />Comes now F. Jay Nimtz, attorney, representing Associates Sales and Service, <br />Inc. 2611 S. Main Street to register a complaint concerning the closing of the <br />alley running North and South from Fairview Street to Eckman and between <br />Main Street and Lafayette Street by Marvel -Construction Company, who is doing <br />work for Mainline. Extrusions, Inc. The contractor has placed dirt, building <br />blocks and other construction materials in this alley, acoording to Mr. Nimtz, <br />
