SECTION IV. Appropriation of $26,400 for Fringe Benefits. <br />The FIREFIGHTERS and the COUNCIL agree that a total or Twenty Six <br />Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($26,400.00) shall be appropriated <br />for fringe benefits. The parties further agree that the specifics <br />of such fringe benefits shall be determined by the parties no later <br />than by the last Common Council meeting in July 1979. <br />SECTION V. Continued Good Faith Bargaining.
