The funds will be used to employ the firm of <br />Coopers & Lybrand to conduct an audit of the 1976 CDBG Program and <br />Innovative Project Program "Project Rebate." <br />Should you have any questions or require additional information <br />concerning the resolution or audit proposal,please contact Jon R.
