1. The previously prepared topographic survey was completed prior to the demolition of the <br />Michiana Lock and Key building. Therefore supplemetal survey work may be required for <br />this project and will be conducted as necessary. <br />2. Plan sheets will include the following: <br />a. Demolition Plan — indicating existing structures, curbs, fencing, pavements and plant <br />material to be removed. <br />b. Dimension Plan indicating pavement types and locations, site features, site amenities, <br />horizontal dimensions/layout. <br />c. Grading Plans <br />d. Utility Plans <br />e. Lighting Plan <br />f. Erosion Control Plans <br />g. Landscape Planting Plan and Details <br />h. Site Construction Details — Various details to support the development of the <br />Construction Documents will be provided. <br />3. JPR will submit a 90% level Construction Document and Specification set to the City for <br />review. <br />4. JPR will facilitate the necessary utility coordination with AT&T as it relates to their services <br />located within the tree lawn located on the south side of Monroe Street as well as the <br />proposed relocation of their service lines for the Berlin Place development. <br />5. JPR will attend a review meeting to discuss City comments from the review process and <br />will make the necessary revisions to the plan. <br />6. JPR will submit the final Construction Document, Special Provisions and Bid Tabs to the <br />City for bidding purposes. <br />B. Bidding or Negotiating Phase: <br />After acceptance by Owner of the bidding documents and the most recent opinion of probable <br />Construction Cost as determined from the 100% Construction Document submittal, and upon <br />written authorization by Owner to proceed, Engineer shall: <br />1. Assist Owner in advertising for and obtaining bids or proposals for the Work and, where <br />applicable, and maintain a record of prospective bidders to whom Bidding Documents have <br />been issued. <br />2. Coordinate and facilitate a Pre -Bid Meeting with the potential bidding contractors. <br />3. Issue addenda as appropriate to clarify, correct, or change the bidding documents. <br />4.
