E. Geotechnical Investigation <br />Add: <br />2. Perform up to eleven (11) exploratory test borings to a depth of 5 feet each. The actual location, <br />depth and number of borings will be dependent on the soil conditions encountered. SPT <br />sampling will be performed at 2.5 foot intervals. <br />3. Perform laboratory tests consistent with INDOT requirements including visual soil classification, <br />hand penetrometer readings, pH, suflate content, moisture content, grain size analysis and <br />Atterberg limit determinations. <br />4. Prepare a technical report which will include a summary of findings and recommendations. <br />F. Project Design <br />Add: <br />aa. Sidewalk Design and Plans $77 709 to $91,500. <br />All other terms of the agreement remain in effect. <br />In Witness Whereof, LPA and CONSULTANT have, through duly authorized representatives, entered into <br />this Amendment. The parties having read and understand the foregoing terms of this Amendment do <br />by their respective signatures dated below hereby agree to the terms thereof. <br />
