Amendment No. 1 ��T3�r• .�fiRilZQ1jbi This Amendment, made and entered into this 28'h day of February, 2017, by and between the Board of Public Works of City of South Bend, Indiana, acting by and through its proper officials (hereinafter referred to as LPA) and Abonmarche Consultants Inc, (hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT). WHEREAS, on April 26, 2016, LPA entered into a contract with the CONSULTANT for City of South Bend Safe Routes to School near Monroe Primary Center and Studebaker Elementary School in South Bend, Indiana. WHEREAS the LPA has requested modifications to the locations of sidewalk improvements; and WHEREAS, the LPA has concurred with CONSULTANT's determination of additional work and has requested the additional services to be performed by the Consultant. NOW THEREFORE, it has been determined by LPA and the CONSULTANTthat the contract shall be amended as follows: Amend Agreement Change: One Hundred, Fifty -Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars and no cents ($158,500.00) to One Hundred, Eighty Thousand, Three Hundred Dollars and no cents ($180,300.00).
