Additionally, it re- emphasizes <br />Common Council commitment to take appropriate steps to promote the develop- <br />ment of Section 8 assisted family housing within the City. <br />Inasmuch as the delivery of family housing is critical to our receipt of <br />additional Section 8 reservations for the elderly, the administration believes <br />your support of this resolution will serve to assure HUD of our local commit- <br />ment to fulfill the housing needs of all of our citizens. <br />Therefore, we encourage your unanimous support of this resolution. <br />CE:jaz <br />1 Encl <br />cc: Mayor Peter J.
