M <br />Police Chief Dutrieux and Ins. Hazinski hereby request permission to attend <br />a conference on safety in Detroit, Michigan on May 1 and May 2, 1958. Permission <br />granted. <br />Three members of the F. 0. P. committee appeared before the Board and requested <br />permission from the Board for the City to lease a portion of the site at the <br />Firing Range for the purpose of constructing a building for the F. 0. P. bene- <br />fits. The Board now informs the committee that they must first submit exact <br />footage of the area involved and after consideration a Resolution would be a- <br />dopted confirming said matter. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was ad- <br />journed at 10:55 A.M. <br />CHAIRMAN <br />EST: `l gfU2 Y J. SAB09 CLERK <br />May 5, 1958 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, May 59 <br />1958 at 10:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes of the previous regu- <br />lar meeting were read apd approved.
