Following the recommendation of Poi ice Chief Hampton, the following <br />promotions were approved, effective October 1, 1964: <br />Detective Sergeant Eugene Bergman, promoted to Captain in charge <br />of Vice Detail. <br />Patrolman Donald Foy, promoted to Detective Sergeant, assigned to <br />Present detail which is the Vice ,Mail. <br />SPECI T POKE C = ONS <br />A Special Police Commission for Morgan Peck, City Building Department <br />employee, was approved by the Board. <br />PE O S• STf—d= IJGHT INSTALLATICKS ELECTRICALDELAP <br />The following Petitions for street lights were referred to the City <br />Electrical. Department for investigation and recommendation; <br />1, Petition from residents of the area to install a street light at <br />intersection of Nietzel Court and cross alley between the 500 block <br />of Keasey and Ohio Streets. <br />2. Letter from Mrs. Melvi.n_Tomber and Petition from residents of <br />area of E. Madison, N. Coguillard, E. Cedar, Bader Avenue for more <br />and brighter street lights in this area, <br />3. Petition from residents of Wenger Street and letter from Mr.., <br />Sam Winston, Project Director for SCOOPS, for street lighting on <br />Wenger Street. <br />STREET -LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS_ <br />Street Light Outage Reports were accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 11:30 A.M. <br />Attest: Richar J.
