A <br />RE: SUB -STANDARD ( DEMOLITION - Mft. TAYLOR, RUSH STREET ) <br />Comes now Mr. Taylor, owner of.property located at 830 Rush Streets <br />which property will be demolished in accordance with instructions of <br />the Board because of failure of Mr. Taylor to bring the structure up <br />to standard within the time allotted. <br />Mr. Taylor advised the Board that he is working on demolition of said <br />structure, but Vx. Grabarz informed the Board that very little progress <br />had been made and that this condition has existed since 1961. <br />The Board, after hearing Mr. Taylor, advised him that bids will <br />opened in accordance with the former instructions of the Board and <br />Mr. Grabarz will check to see how much progress has been made by Mr. <br />Taylor in the demolition before the demolition order is carried out by <br />the City. A report will be made by June 29, 1964. <br />PETITIONS: STREET LIGHTS ( ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT) <br />CONTROLLER'S REQUEST <br />The City Controller requOsted that all Petitions for Street Lights be <br />held up for an additional two weeks in order to complete the survey and <br />examination of the budget for such installations. <br />Request granted. <br />The following Petitions were filed with the Board and referred to Mc. <br />Radecki of the Electrical Department for future investigation and <br />recommendation: <br />1.
