March 23, 1964 A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday, March 23, 1964 at 10:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved. Vouchers were approved and ordered paidtothe Various suppliers. OPENING OF BIDS: POLICE DEPARTMENT ( 15 CARS ) The time being after 10:00 A.M. it was so announced and bids for 14 Four Door Sedans and l Four Door Station Wagon were opened and read aloud. Proofs of Publication from The Tri-County News with affidavit signed by Alfred W. Snyder, II and The South Bend Tribune with affidavit signed by Robert DeLong were found sufficient.
