Building Department <br />Roscoe Robinson <br />John Grabarz, Jr. <br />Charles Sandor <br />Elwyn,Fienhold <br />Homer Ellinger <br />Betty Burch <br />Electrical Inspection Dept., <br />Lee Klingebiel <br />Mr. West advised the Board that Mrs. Burch is <br />the Indiana Inspector's Association and her <br />by the Association. <br />Permission granted. <br />the Secretary to <br />expenses are paid <br />BUIL DING DEPARTMENT: SUB -STANDARD DIVISION ( HEARINGS ) <br />Comes now Mr. Mr. Otto Pozgay, owner of property located at 1302 S. <br />Chapin Street and requests additional time to repair the house on <br />this.,site,., ,Mr. Pozgay advised the Board that he had a buyer.for <br />this property, Mr. Jack Chambers of 5012 g. Chaffin Street, Box 1151, <br />who was also present at the meeting. <br />Mr. Pozgay-.also advised the Board that, as :far',as he knew at this time, <br />the sale would be effected in approximately 30 days and that Mr. Chambers <br />was willing to bring house up to standard and knew what repairs had to <br />be made to_accomplish this. <br />Mr. Pozgay advised the Board that he intended to remove a lean-to <br />kitchen and cleanup the yard and board up broken windows and asked <br />for four months continuance to bring this property up to standard. <br />The .Board, after hearing Mr. Pozgay and Mr. Chambers and also Mr. <br />Grabarz who agreed that property could be saved if sufficient funds <br />would be invested in this work, continued the hearing until July 13, <br />1964. <br />The Board further ruled that Mr. Grabarz work out a reasonable progress <br />schedule approved by both Mr. Pozgay and Mr. Chambers and report to <br />the Board as to progress in this repair work every two weeks. <br />Comes now Mr. Grabarz and advises the Board that property formerly owned by <br />Mrs. Adelle Young, located at 123 S. Illinois Street is now a Purchased <br />by Auditor property and of no further interest to Mrs., Young. <br />Mr. Grabarz requested permission to advertise for demolition bids. <br />Permission granted. <br />With reference to property located at 261 N. Chicago Street;, owned..by <br />Mr. Willis Divine, Mr. Grabarz requested that the Board seta completion <br />date for repair work on the property. <br />In accordance with this recommendation, the,Bbard:set April 20, 1964 <br />as the.completion date for repairs on the above described property. <br />SPECIAL POLICE COMMISSION & BOND <br />The --Board approved a Special Police Commission and Bond for Robert <br />R. Henry and ordered same placed on file. i <br />
