11: The "_onsortium shall be financed by Federal or State Grants <br />and by such contributions from governments, private corpora- <br />tions, partnerships, associations or individuals as the <br />Board may accept. <br />12. Either participating jurisdiction thru a resolution of it's <br />legislative body may withdraw from this agreement as of the <br />last day of September in any year, provided it gives written <br />notice thereof to the Board Prior to the first day of April <br />preceeding the date of withdrawal. <br />13. Upon disolution of the Consortium, all of it's assets and <br />property will be disposed of as determined by the Board. <br />14. All Real and personal property shall be acquired, held in the <br />name of the Consortium, and disposed of by the Board in accord <br />with the rules and regulations adopted and promulgated thereby. <br />15. The City and the County jointly and severally accept respon- <br />sibility for the operation of the programs carried out by <br />the Consortium and any liabilities incurred thereby. <br />This agreement shall be in full force and effect upon approval by the <br />common councils of the City and County and the Office of the Attorney <br />General. <br />chard Larrison Roger 0.
