APRROVAL: STREET LIGHTING PLAN MISHAWAKA AVENUE ) The Board approved a proposed plan for street lighting of Mishawaka Avenue between Esther and Greenlawn Street and referred the plan to Nicholas Horvath, Electrical Department._ INSTALLATION: ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT_ Following the recommendation of Nicholas Horvath, Electrical Department Superintendent, the Board approved the installation of a 4000 lumen street light in the 600 block of East Dayton Street requested in a Petition from residents of Dayton Street. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS Street light Outage Reports were accepted and ordered placed on file. BUILDING DEPARTMENT SUB STANDARD DIVISION _ HEARING. Comes now F�J.Nimtz, attorney representingOrlie Foutch with reference to property located.at 412 N. Lafayette Boulevard and accessory buildings on the property. Mr. Nimtz advised the Board that one of the three garages in the rear of this property is owned by the Scottish Rite of the Masons and that temporary work will be done on the one garage. He also requested a continuance on this hearing. Request granted and hearing continued until January 20, 1964. SUB -STANDARD DIVISION OPENING OF BIDS Mr. John Grabarz advised the Board that he had received only one bid for the demolition of a structure located a 813 W. Jefferson Boulevard, owned by Leonard Campanale who was in agreement concerning the demolish- ing of the structure. The Board directed Mr. Grabarz to readvertise so that more than one bid may be received. The bid received was from A & J Demolition Co. HEALTH DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVE — Mr. Stephen Molnar of the St. Joseph County Board of Health was present at the meeting as the Department representative.
