APRROVAL: STREET LIGHTING PLAN MISHAWAKA AVENUE ) <br />The Board approved a proposed plan for street lighting of Mishawaka <br />Avenue between Esther and Greenlawn Street and referred the plan to <br />Nicholas Horvath, Electrical Department._ <br />INSTALLATION: ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT_ <br />Following the recommendation of Nicholas Horvath, Electrical Department <br />Superintendent, the Board approved the installation of a 4000 lumen <br />street light in the 600 block of East Dayton Street requested in a <br />Petition from residents of Dayton Street. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street light Outage Reports were accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT SUB STANDARD DIVISION _ HEARING. <br />Comes now F�J.Nimtz, attorney representingOrlie Foutch with reference <br />to property located.at 412 N. Lafayette Boulevard and accessory <br />buildings on the property. <br />Mr. Nimtz advised the Board that one of the three garages in the rear <br />of this property is owned by the Scottish Rite of the Masons and that <br />temporary work will be done on the one garage. He also requested a <br />continuance on this hearing. <br />Request granted and hearing continued until January 20, 1964. <br />SUB -STANDARD DIVISION OPENING OF BIDS <br />Mr. John Grabarz advised the Board that he had received only one bid <br />for the demolition of a structure located a 813 W. Jefferson Boulevard, <br />owned by Leonard Campanale who was in agreement concerning the demolish- <br />ing of the structure. <br />The Board directed Mr. Grabarz to readvertise so that more than one bid <br />may be received. The bid received was from A & J Demolition Co. <br />HEALTH DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVE — <br />Mr. <br />Stephen Molnar of the St. Joseph County Board of Health was present <br />at the meeting as the Department representative. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 10:30 A.M. <br />Cha irm/W1 <br />Attest: An ho J.
