Mayne Street <br />HEALTH DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVE <br />Stephen Molnar, representing the Health Department, was present at <br />the meeting. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT - SUB -STANDARD DIVISION_( HEARINGS <br />Comes now Mr. Anderson Jones, owner of property located at 134 N. <br />Olive Street and John Grabarz, Director of the Sub -Standard Division <br />of the Building Department, and advises the Board that the house <br />at the Olive street address which has been condemned and which <br />condemnation had been continued to allow time for Mr. Jones to <br />repair the structize has not been repaired as ordered. Said repair <br />was to have been completed by October 28, 1963. <br />Mr. Jones advises the Board that he had hired a carpenter and that <br />some of the work has been completed. Mr. Jones requested additional <br />time to allow him to have the work finished. <br />After hearing Mr. Jones, the Board ruled that Mr. Jones should confer <br />with Mr. Grabarz who will assist him in giving assistance and advice <br />as to how best to have this work completed. <br />This case was continued until December 9, 1963 at which time the work <br />must be completed. <br />The Board further ruled that debris in the yard at the Olive Street <br />address shall be cleaned up by November 6, 1963. <br />This ruling was agreeable to Mr. Jones. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 10:25 A.M. <br />Attest: Anth y J.
