233 <br />I <br />premises.- This health hazard is occasioned by the fact, according to <br />Mr. Molnar and also Mr. Grabarzt that spices and other food are in <br />the house which is now vacant. Also, the house has been entered and <br />ransacked and is a breeding place for vermin. <br />Mr. Buczkowski advised the Board that he had boarded up the doors, had <br />nailed some shut -but that vandals had broken the barricades and entered <br />the house. He also agreed with the Board that the house was in bad <br />condition and that he was trying to sell the property. <br />After hearing Mr. Buczkowski$ Mr. Molnar and Mr. Grabarz, the Board <br />ruled as followtl,-. <br />1. The house must be cleaned out and all foods must be removed <br />forthwith. <br />2. All openings on the first floor must be secured. <br />3. The Board requests a report in two weeks at which time the <br />Board will advise MT.
