Moving will be compledted within 90 days of date of permit or <br />house will be moved from premises. <br />The Board ruled that these provisions shall apply on the house moves <br />approved this date and listed above. <br />SUB -STANDARD DIVISION —HEARINGS_ ) <br />Comes now Carl Weidler, attorney, representing owners of property <br />located at 525 Cottage Grove and requests a continuance of from 60 <br />to 90 days in order to get clear title and make necessary repairs. <br />Mr. Weidler reported that the deed is now in excrow. <br />The Board ruled that a continuance be granted and that the houseshall <br />be completely repaired by November 12, 1963. Also, it shall not be <br />occupied until it is repaired. <br />Comes now Mr. George Stark with reference to property located at <br />322 W,Marian Street and requests permission to tear house down. <br />Permission granted and the Board stipulated that all rubish be removed <br />from premises within 60 days. Completion date set for October 289 1963. <br />TRAFFIC ENGINEER:_ PETITION FOR STOP SIGN VICTORIA & MARINE) <br />The Board accepted a Petition from residents in the area of Victoria and <br />Marine Streets requesting the installation of a stop sign on Victoria <br />and Marine Streets and referred said Petition to the Traffic Engineer <br />for investigation and recommendation. <br />TRAFFIC ENGINEER LINSTALLATIONS - TRAFFIC SIGNS) <br />Following the recommendation of theTraffic Engineer, the following <br />installations were approved: <br />Stop signs installed on Napoleon Street, both sides, at St. Joseph <br />Stop signs installed on Foster Street, both sides, at Napoleon <br />Stop signs installed on Irvington, both sides, at Dale St. <br />Stop signs installed on High Street, both sides, at Irvington <br />TRAFFIC ENGINEER: REPORT - NEW YORK CENTRAL RAILROAD OLIVE & SAMPLE <br />GROSSING _ —--~---- <br />Clem Hazinski, Traffic Engineer, submitted a letter from New York Central <br />Railroad in answer to his written request that the railroad crossings <br />at Olive and Sample and also at Ford and Lincolnway 'Nest be repaired. <br />Mr. Teeter, Division Engineer, advised Mr. Hazinski that due to circumstances <br />beyond their control the repairs could not be made but an effort would <br />be made to do the necessary repair work before winter set in. <br />The Board ruled that the City will require that these repairs be made <br />before winter sets in. <br />
