Mr. Grabarz reported that the owner of property located at 105-107 <br />N. O'Brien Street failed to appear to show cause whyrepair orders <br />had been ignored. <br />Mr. Grabarz was directed to condemn property. <br />AWARDING OF BIDS: SUB -STANDARD DIVISION <br />Mr. Grabarz reported that he had received the following bids for <br />demolition of property located at 1307 W. Jefferson Bou;evard. <br />The following Wdrd,opened and examined by the Board: <br />A & J. Demolition Co. $275.00 with salvage $305.00 without. <br />galvage <br />BB& 0 Building & W recking_Co. $275.00 with salvage $375.00 without <br />salvage <br />It was the decision of the Board that the contract be awarded to <br />A & J. Demolition Company for $275.00 with salvage. <br />With reference to property owned by Mr. Otto Pozgay, located at <br />1302 S$ Chapin Street, it was the decision of the Board, based <br />upon request from Mr. Pozgay, that the hearing be continued for <br />60 days. <br />PETITION:. STREET LIGHT ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT) <br />A Petition from David Dorn and others residing on S. Klley Street, <br />for a street light on alley post between 442 and 446 S. Klley Street <br />was referred to the Electrical Department for investigation and <br />recommendation. <br />_STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street Light Outage Reports were accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />APPLICATION ( FIRE DEPARTMENT) <br />An application from Robert Emmett Ewing for the Fire Department was <br />accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH: REPRESENTATIVE_ <br />Mr. Steven Molnar, representing the St. Joseph County Board of Health, <br />was present at the meeting to ascertain whether matters concerning <br />this Department were discussed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 10:55 A.M. <br />J.
