1 6C <br />1 <br />1 <br />After hearing Mr. Boney, it was the decision of the Board that the <br />case be continued until July 15, 1963. <br />With referenceto property located at 325 N. St., Louis Boulevard, <br />owned by Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Tarwacki, since neither Mr. or Mrs. <br />Tarwacki nor their representative appeared before the Board at <br />this date as ordered by the Sub -Standard Division of the Building <br />Department, it was the decision of the .Board that the Sub -Standard <br />Division Director order demolition of the property. <br />Mr. Grabarz presented a progress report with reference to property <br />owned by Mrs. Jennie :Cohen and/or Mrs. Rae Sloane located .at 126 <br />N. St, Louis Boulevard. <br />Mr. Grabarz advised the Board that he had sent letters, via certified <br />mail, return receipt requested to Mrs. Cohen, Mrs. Sloan and their' <br />attorney, Benjamin Piserp had also been notified to appear before <br />the Board, this date, to show cause why repair orders have been <br />ignored. <br />Since no parties of interest appeared at this meetings and since <br />the letters to Mrs. Cohen and Mrs. Sloan.were sent out of the <br />state, the case was continued for one week to allow sufficient <br />time for replies. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 10:45 A.M.- <br />Attest: 1pnt�ony J.
