Comes now Mrs. K. Glaser, owner of property located at 525 Cottage Grove <br />Avenue, and her attorney, Harry Taylor;, who requests a continuance on <br />the hearing concerning this property. <br />It was the decision of the Board that a continuance be -granted until <br />May 209 1963 and that demolition order be stayed on the condition that <br />the house is brought up to standard by May 20, 1963. In the event <br />that the house is not substantially completed by this date, house will <br />be ordered demolished. <br />REQUEST: (CANOPY AND PYLON-.,WOLFIE'S SEAT COVER CORNERI <br />Comes now Louis Smogor, Building Commissioner, and requests permission <br />for Wolfie's Seat Cover Corner to erect a Canopy and Pylon which will <br />extern over public property at the establishment located at 1202 S. <br />Michigan Street. <br />Permission granted, provided insurance is obtained indemnifying the <br />City of South Bend for $1009000 individual accident, $300,000 aggregate <br />accident and $259000 property damage. Proof of such insurance must <br />be on file in the Office of the Board of Public Works & Safety. <br />OPENING BIDS: ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT SEDAN ) & AWARDING OF BID <br />The time now being after 10:00 A.M. it was so announced and bids for <br />the 4-door Sedan for the Electrical Department were opened and read <br />aloud.
