2 17, <br />After this discussion it was the opinion of Mr. Joiner that he could <br />accomplish the necessary repairs to bring property up to standard by <br />July 8, 1963. <br />It was the decision of the Board to allow this continuance with the <br />stipulation that all Code requirements will be met and property be <br />completely repaired by this date. Failure to do so will result in <br />demolition. <br />Comes now Mrs. Mary Lee Williams, owner of property located at 1216 <br />S. Franklin Street. Mr. Grabarz reported that repairs have not been <br />made, although property was condemned but was not torn down. Mr. <br />Grabarz also advised the Board that advertisements for bids for <br />demolition had been placed in accordance with the Board's instructions. <br />Case continued for one week in order to discuss with Mrs. Williams <br />the possibility of repairing this property. If Mrs. Williams elects <br />to bring property up to standard, all work must be complete by July <br />z 8, 1963. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT APPROVE INSTALLATIONS <br />Following the recommendation of Mr. Nicholas Horvath, Electrical <br />Department Superintendent, the Board approved the following installation; <br />1 - 4000 lumen street light at 522 S. Phillipa Street. <br />SPECIAL POLICE BONDS BE IX CORP.I <br />.The Board approved a blanket Bond covering Special Police officers <br />employed by Bendix Corporation and ordered said Bond and attached <br />list of Special Police Officers placed on file. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT( APPLICATION <br />The Board accepted an application for the Fire Department from Mr. <br />Anthony David Rozniarek and ordered same placed on file. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street Light Outage Reports were accepted by the Board and ordered <br />placed on file. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 10:50 A.M. <br />K 21- <br />Attest: An ny J.
