ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT ( STREET LIGHT' INSTALLATIONS ) Following the recommendation of Nicholas Horvath, Superintendent of the Electrical Department, the following installations were approved: 1. 1 - 4000 lumen street light at intersection of Rerick Dr. and Cabot Drive. 2. 1 - 4000 lumen street light at intersection of Rerick Drive and Rose Street. ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT ( COUNCILMAN COLEMAN'S REQUEST - HUMBOLDT LIGHT) With reference to Councilman Coleman's request for a street light at the intersection of Humboldt and Clevelandp Mr. Horvath reports that he was unable to get the cooperation of petitioner Mr. Miller of 1148 Cleveland Avenue to set a pole in order to get lines out of alley to corner of Cleveland and Humboldt. 'This area is underground boulevard lighting. With reference to a request from Councilman Krueper for additional -street lighting in Eastgate Estates, especially on Haas Drivel Mr. Horvath reports that petitions have been prepared for the locations with street lights .can be installed for property owner's signature and consent. ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT (.PETITION FOR STREET LIGHT — NAPOLEON & FOSTER ) A letter from George V. Schmitt, 218 Napoleon Boulevard states that on behalf of his neighbors and himself that a street light be installed at southeast corner of Napoleon Boulevard and Foster Street. The request was referred to the Electrical Department for investigation and recommendation. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE H. G. CHRISTMAN CONSTRUCTION CO., -_ NATIONAL A Certificate of Insurance from H. G. Christman Construction Company in connection with National Bank and Trust Company sidewalk contract indemnifying the City of south Bend for accident and property damage was accepted by the Board and ordered placed on file. .
