I - 12 Min. Parking at This.Meter sign on parking meter <br />newly installed on east side of Main Street immediately <br />north of City Hall Court. <br />TRAFFIC ENGINEER( MARIETTA STREET CLOSING ) <br />In the interest of school children pedestrian safety, it was:: <br />recommended by the Traffic Engineer that Marietta Street be closed <br />between Dayton and Dubail Streets until the Studebaker School <br />construction is completed. This should be of about three months <br />duration. <br />Proper barricades would be installed by the Traffic Engineering <br />Department. <br />Following the recommendation of Mr. Hazinskig the Board approved <br />the closing of Marietta Street as indicated above. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT ( INSTALLATIONS ) <br />Following the recommendation of Nicholas Horvath! Electrical <br />Department Superintendent, the following installations were <br />approved: <br />1 - 4000 lumen street light at Brookfield and California <br />1 - 4000 lumen street light in the 800 Block S. Camden <br />Increase l - 2500 lumen light at 2425 W. Dunham to a'4000 <br />lumen light. <br />1 - 2500 lumen light at 1315 E. Calvert (rear dead-end alley) <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street Light Outage Reports were accepted and ordered placed on.file.- <br />REPORT POLICE DEPARTMENT ) <br />A Report on offenses reported to the Police Dept for March, <br />1962 was accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />APPLICATION c POLICE DEER <br />An application for the Police Department from Frank Eugene Hewitt <br />was accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />APELICATION ( POLICE AUXILIARY SCHOOL PATROL ) <br />An application for the Police Auxiliary School Patrol from Mrs. <br />Henrietta M. Jurek was accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 11:00 A.M. <br />Att6et: Ant'kqq J.
