33 <br />The Board requested the Traffic Engineer to ,approve the route the movers <br />will take-throughout,the city. <br />S_W�$TANDARD-,DIV1SION. HEMINGS ) <br />With reference to a hearing on propel+ located at 502 29th Street, <br />owned by Mr. Blair:#: Mr. Grabarz reporUd that the perimeter had been <br />cleaned voand recommended that an additional'two weeks be allowed in, <br />order to continue the clean-up program on the dwelling. <br />Following this recommendation# the hearing was continued for two weeks. <br />Comes now Mr. Jewell Williams, owner of property located at 617 Neddo <br />Court, Mr. Williams was ordered to bring property up tq-sta datd.or <br />the house would be torn down. <br />In order to allow sufficient additional time to c this <br />-grogram, <br />s� <br />the hearing was continued tint il:-JUnew4, 1962. <br />A progress report on property owned by Mr. Newbon, located:at.123 Iowa <br />Street was presented to the Board. Mr. Grabarz reported that some <br />progress has been made and requested a continuance of one.week. <br />Permission granted. <br />Comes Now Mrs.-Lottie King with reference to property owned by her and <br />located at 234 E. Sample Street to show cause why orders of the Board <br />to bring place 'up to standard have been ignored. <br />Mrs. King advised the Board that Mr. Peter Gillisp realtor# had informed <br />her that ha had a prospective buyer for the property.and property will <br />be cleaned up after sale is assured. <br />Batallion Chief Downes advisedthe Board that he had spoken to Mr. Gillis <br />at approximately 9%30 A.M. this date and that Mr. Gillis had informed <br />him.that he had no.prospects for a sale on the above -described property. <br />It was the decision of the Board# after hearing Mrs. King# that the <br />case be continued for one week at which time she is to appear before the <br />Board with proof of contract that house will be repaired a demolition. <br />order will be issued. <br />It was also suggested that Mr. Gillis be requested.to appear at this <br />meeting. <br />With reference to property located at 2130 W. Washington Avenue# Mr. <br />Grabarz-requested that this case be continued.for two weeks. <br />Permission granted. <br />Letters from the 5 - B Camp Fire Girls of St. Matthews School requesting <br />that the following streets have crosswalks painted were examined by the <br />Board and referred to the Traffic Engineer for investigation and <br />recommendations <br />Intersection of Fox and Miami <br />Corner of Donald and High Streets <br />Miami and Donald Streets. <br />TRAFFIC ENGINEER (-INSTALLATION TRAFFIC SIGNS ) <br />Following the recommendation of Clem Hazinski# Traffic Engineer# the <br />following installation was_approveds <br />
