2" 51. <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />Mr. Grabarz reported that Mr. George Blair, the present owner had <br />requested permission to bring property up to standard. Since Mr. <br />Blair had repaired other structures which he had purchased up to <br />standard, permission was granted to make the necessary repairs on <br />the structurebca'ted at 502 S. 29th Street. The building had been <br />boarded up, as ordered, but children in the neighborhoodo�—with ri <br />the past few weeks had removed some,of the boards and done considerable <br />damage to the structure. <br />After hearing all parties concerned who appeared, the Board ruled <br />that the case be continued for one week at which time Mr. Blair will <br />be ordered to be present for a hearing. If he does not appear, the <br />building will be ordered demolished. <br />Mr. Grabarz was directed to so notify Mr. Blair of this decision. <br />The Petition from Mr. Cole was ordered placed on file. <br />With reference to property owned by Andrew Daniels, located at,1721 <br />N. Elmer Street, Mr. Grabarz reported that the owner had taken out <br />a permit to demolish the building. <br />CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE ( WYMF:AN'_S'. DEPARTMENT STORE ) <br />In accordance with instructions from the Board, a Certificate of <br />Insurance showing coverage for Workmen's Compensation, including <br />Occupational Disease, Public Liability, Contractor's Protective and <br />Property Damage, effective April 21 1962 to April 2, 1963 was submitted <br />to the Board. <br />The Certificate of Insurance was accepted by the Board and ordered: <br />placed on file. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 10:45 A.M. �1 <br />
