Afterreviewing those bids, Mr. Corbitt Kerr, Engineering, recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder Northern Indiana Roofing and Sheet Metal Corp., fit the amount of $94,280. Therefore, Ms. Duran made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded and the contract approved as outlined above. Mr. Mueller seconded the motion, which carried.
