Review perimeter trail networks that are existing or planned by the Owner or other jurisdictional <br />agencies. <br />E. Review surrounding Bicycle Network(s) that are existing or planned by the Owner or other <br />jurisdictional agencies. <br />F. Prepare an existing Base Map from inventory activities described above. <br />A1.03 Conduct Stakeholder Meeting(s) <br />A. Prepare public display materials with information from A1.02 - Inventory Existing Shared -use <br />Network superimposed. <br />B. Conduct meetings with invited stakeholders to discuss existing conditions, potential bicycle <br />network connections, and other considerations which may impact the project. <br />1. Coordinate meetings to be conducted with local stakeholders invited by the City to allow <br />for their input on the master planning effort. <br />2. Conduct meetings with local stakeholders. Meetings will be conducted to gather <br />information from identified stakeholders regarding the existing inventory and potential <br />considerations for project ideas or considerations. These approximately four to five <br />meetings shall be conducted over the course of one day. <br />3. Prepare minutes documenting comments received from the stakeholder meeting(s). These <br />minutes will provide additional guidance for consideration by the Engineer and Owner as <br />part of the master planning effort. <br />C. Summarize existing conditions survey and field review results in annotated graphic format <br />utilizing aerial mosaic mapping, photographs, and notes from field review in conjunction with <br />stakeholder minutes and other considerations. <br />D. Conduct a meeting with the Owner to present the findings and receive additional direction on the <br />alternate development for respective projects. From this meeting develop the existing condition <br />assessment that will be extended in the finalized Master Plan. The following items will be <br />documented and delivered: <br />1. Brief summary of relevant plans and studies <br />2. Study Base Mapping <br />3. Summary of existing conditions and stakeholder input <br />4.
