31 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />and equipment for protection against theft and vandalism. Mr. Engle <br />states that -the cost of operation and maintenance of the two lights <br />would be $96.00 annually. Request was.filed and referred to the.City <br />Engineer for recommendation. <br />INNER -BELT STREET LIGHTING <br />On motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the lighting <br />for the inner -belt route as proposed by the I & M Electric Company, <br />in its letter of 3/20/68, addressed to the City Engineer, namely: <br />Project #1 - for Chapin Street, south of Western and the <br />intersection of Western and Chapin, costing <br />$2,182.00 per year. <br />Project #2 - for Washington Street to Leland, costing <br />$6,612.00 per year. <br />Project #3 - for Marion and Madison and Michigan to Leland, <br />Plan A as amended, at a cost of $2,947.20 per yr. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street light outage reports for the period 3/20/68 to 3;29/68 were filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />adjourned at 11:35 A.M. <br />a't_�a Y__� <br />Arthur W.
