1312 <br />North Side of 100 W. North Shore Blvd.(h6dway between Michigan St. <br />and Lafayette. -Blvd.) previously used as an experimental location for <br />a town and country installation be reverted back to a 4,000 lumen <br />UG under the Tariff SL. Under this tariff the cost would be $3.10 mo. <br />The reason for the request is that the town and country installation was destroyed <br />and a 4,000 Lumen, UG.was reinstalled.. This light was ordered removed previously <br />in order to remove it from the billing while the experimental installation was <br />made. <br />The Board unanimously approved the request. <br />STREET LIGHT PETITION - CORNER OF CHIPPEWA AND WHITCOMB AVENUES <br />A petition was filed by Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Luczkowski and several others to <br />have a street light installed at the corner of Chippewa and Whitcomb Avenues. <br />The petition was filed and sent to the engineering department for further <br />nvestiga�ion and processing. <br />APPLICATIONS - FIRE DEPAR T <br />The applications of Ronald Lanchsweerdt and Michael Talbot for the Fire <br />Department were filed by the Board. <br />APPLICATIONS POLICE DEPARMENT <br />The application of John Blankert was filed for the Police Department. <br />STREET TIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />The street light outage reports for the week were filed by the Board. <br />There beingno further business, the meeting was adjourned. <br />ATTEST; Doris Allen, Clerk <br />Arthur Frisk <br />' dames Bic <br />yd T for <br />1 <br />1 <br />N <br />a <br />
