1312 <br />North Side of 100 W. North Shore Blvd.(h6dway between Michigan St. <br />and Lafayette. -Blvd.) previously used as an experimental location for <br />a town and country installation be reverted back to a 4,000 lumen <br />UG under the Tariff SL. Under this tariff the cost would be $3.10 mo. <br />The reason for the request is that the town and country installation was destroyed <br />and a 4,000 Lumen, UG.was reinstalled..
