If <br />congestion results, then the original restrictions be replaced. Also when the <br />capacity of the street is increased because of anticipated future volume then <br />at that time the restriction be replaced. <br />The preceding report was approved by the Board and the Secretary was instructed <br />to inform the petitioners. <br />TRAFFIC REPORT - LASALLE HIGH SCHOOL <br />The following report from Clem Hazinski, Traffic D$rector was approved by the <br />Board of Public Works: <br />Because of the increased volume of traffic in tlae 2400 and 2500 blocks of <br />Elwood Street caused by that generated by the LaSalle High School, improvement <br />to the surface of the street and the Northwest Housing Project, it is recommended: <br />That parking be prohibited on the north side of Elwood between Olive <br />and Meade Street.
