REPORT ON LIGHT PETITION - PULASKI STREET <br />Mr. Eugane Radecki reported that in regard to a petition for a street light to <br />be installed at 835 Pulaski street, that a light cannot be installed in the <br />middle of the block. <br />The Secretary was instructed to write a letter to Mr. Frank Wydrzynski, of 835 <br />South Pulaski Street, one of the petitioners and inform him that this petition <br />was denied because of lack of funds at this time. <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL - ADDITION OF SIGNS AND LIGHTS <br />Mr. Clem Hazinski has requested that the following be added to the minutes of the <br />Board of Works and Safety Meeting: <br />1. Stop sign & post at the S. W. Corner of Orange & Hirdsell )also Colfax and <br />Birdsell <br />2. Stop sign at S. W. Corner of Liston & Birdsell. <br />3. "Speed Limit 30" signs and posts on Birdsell Street <br />a. West side 50' south of Linden Ave. <br />b. East side 501 north of Washington. <br />The Board approved same. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />The Street Light outage reports for the week were approved and ordered filed by the <br />Board. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT: APLICATIONS <br />Applications for the fire department were received from Charles J. Steele and <br />John Samarich and ordered filed by the Board. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT: APPLICATIONS <br />Applications for the police department were received from Duane Burkhart of <br />Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Hollis J.
