Property <br />is presently vacant and open. Permission granted to advertise for bids <br />for demolition. <br />Property located at 534 N. St. Louis Boulevard, owned by George E. and <br />Ruth Clayton. Building is posted and vacant. Permission granted to <br />advertise for bids for demolition. <br />SUB -STANDARD DIVISION: HEARINGS <br />With reference to property located at 617 Neddo Court, Mr. Liszewski <br />advised the Board that this property, formerly owned by Jewell Williams, <br />has been purchased by James Bamber who has indicated that he intends <br />to demolish the property at his own expense. He requested a 60 day <br />extension for such demolition. Mr. Robert Mahoney, attorney,_ appeared fpr owner. <br />Extension granted. <br />Mr. Liszewski requested permission to post property located at 705 <br />Wenger Street as sub -standard. The owner c£ this property are` Irvin,. and <br />Sherry Hodges. Extension granted and Mr. Liszewski was requosted.to check <br />property at expiration of 60 days to determine what progress has been <br />made on repairs.
