Colfax, formerly owned <br />by Harry Polis, Mr. Liszewski advised the Board that he had received a <br />letter from Whitcome & Keller informed him that these two houses had been <br />sold and the new owner intends to complete the repairs. Both houses will <br />be completed by the summer of 1966. <br />Further action by the Board held in abeyance under the above circumstances. <br />With reference to property located at 2425 W. Bertrand Street, owned by <br />Mrs. Theresa Aldridge, Mr. Liszewski advised the Board that repair orders <br />have been issued in October, 1965 and no repairs have been made. The <br />house is presently occupied. <br />Following the recommendation of Mr. Liszewski, the Board ruled that the <br />property be posted as sub -standard until the owner completes the repairs. <br />1 <br />Ll <br />
