Kuespert, President <br />of the Hobbick-Kuespert Electric, Inc., and others. <br />The Petition was referred to Eugene Radecki, Superintendent of the <br />Electrical Department for investigation and recommendation. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT'' APPOINTMENTS ( WILSON & COFFMAN ) <br />The Board of Public Safety having received the recommendation of Irvin <br />C. Hampton, Chief of the South Bend Police Department for appointment <br />to the Police Department of Richard Keith Wilson and Cloyde F. Coffman, <br />Jr., and the Board having been advised on the premises now appoints <br />Richard Keith Wilson and Cloyde F. Coffman, Jr., as members of the <br />Police Department, effective this date, subject to the succetsful-_.- <br />completion of the probationary period provided for by the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Police Pension Fund. <br />SPECIAL POLICE BOND ( CONTINUATION CER ) <br />The Board approved a Continuation Certificate for Special Police Bond <br />of Alie Ahmen JoJo, Sr. who is presently employed,as a special police <br />officer for various business establishments in the area. <br />SPECIAL POLICE CCWISSION <br />The Board approved a Special Police Commission for Sylvester S. Szymarek, <br />employed by Pinkerton's Detective Agency, pending receipt of Bond. <br />POLICE DEPARDENT REPORT <br />A monthly report for the month of September, 1965 from_ the Police <br />Department was accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />
