M <br />I <br />1 <br />In order to provide for usability and ease in ingress and egress to <br />the proposed parking facility at that location, it is recommended that <br />only three of these meters be replaced. <br />The Board approved the replacement of only three meters, as recommended. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT: ATTEND MEETING ( ASS IT CH BBSFIELD & BTN CH FORTIN 4NELSOON <br />Following the recommendation of Fire Chief McHenry, the Board granted <br />permission to se3cl'Captain Paul Nelson, Assistant Chief Richard Busfield <br />and Battalion Chief Dale Fortin to a meeting at Camp Atterbury on May 19. <br />Fire Chief McHenry will also attend. <br />PETITIONS: STREET LIGHTS <br />The following Petitions requesting the installation of street lights were <br />referred to Eugene Radecki, Electrical Department Superintendent, for <br />investigation and recommendation: <br />1. Petition for street light on the south side of Mayfair Place, mid -block, <br />between Summit Drive and Clearview Street. <br />2. Petition for street light on Donald Street between Michigan Street to <br />Main Street. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street Light Outage Reports were aceepted and ordered laced on file. <br />LICENSES: ICE CREAM PEDDLERS ( iffALTB DEPARTMENT) <br />The City Controller, James A. Bickel, questioned a representative of the <br />Department of Health who was present at the meeting whether it was <br />required of Ice Cream Peddlers to secure a license other than a Peddler's <br />License in order to sell ice cream. <br />The Health Department representative advised the Board that a restauraht <br />license was also required. <br />The Board requested that Dr. How be advised that only one ice cream <br />peddler had securedthe proper license to date. <br />There being no further business to come <br />adjourned at 11:50 A.M. <br />i <br />A est: Richar J. buck., Clerk <br />before the Board the meeting was <br />Chairman <br />
