Duev-raine Hawblitzel, Vocational Rehabilitation <br />Division, Department of Public Instruction, State of Indiana,was <br />submitted to the Board. <br />Ib% Haviblitzel suggested that the traffic lights at the intersection <br />of Tdishawakza Avenue and Logan Street be turned 45 degrees tovaxd the <br />north, so that motorists would have 'a direct view of the color condition <br />of the light vihen the sun is in the west so that they may determine the <br />color of the lights at a safe distance. <br />Mx.
