<br />Reserving the rights and easements of all utilities and the
<br />Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to construct and maintain any
<br />facilities, including, but not limited to, the following; electric,
<br />telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and
<br />ditches, within the Vacated right of way, unless such rights are
<br />released by the individual Utilities.
<br />The, following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected
<br />by such Vacation:
<br />Lots numbered 33, 34, 35, 36 and 136 in the recorded plat of
<br />LaSalle Park, a Subdivision in the northwest Quarter of Section
<br />10, Township 37 north, Range 2 east, an Addition to the City
<br />of South Bend, State -of Indiana.
<br />Lots numbered 137, 208, 209, 243, 244, 245, 418, 419, 394, 395,
<br />1007 and 1008 in the recorded Second Plat of LaSalle Park, a
<br />Subdivision in the northeast Quarter of Section 9 and the South-
<br />west Quarter of Section 10, Township 37 north, Range 2 east,
<br />an Addition to the City of South Bend, State of Indiana.
<br />Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the 26th day of
<br />December, 1969, and on the 2nd day of January, 1970, in the South Bend
<br />Tribune and the Tri County News.
<br />This Board, at its office, on the 5th day of January, 1970, at 9:30
<br />o'clock, A.M., will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons
<br />interested in or affected by these proceedings.

<br />HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3265 - CLYDE STREET
<br />For the improvement of Clyde Street, from Donald Street to Calvert Street,
<br />by constructing a Class C, Type IV pavement.
<br />Hearing on assessment roll having been continued from December 8, 1969, was
<br />resumed. No one appearing for or against said assessment roll, upon motion
<br />made, seconded and carried, the assessment roll as filed October 27, 1969,
<br />was approved and adopted.
<br />RECOMMENDATION FOR BOOKKEEPING MACHINE - CONTROLLER'S OFFICE
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the purchase of
<br />one new NCR accounting machine, Model 36-7-7-10-0, at a net price
<br />of $4,414.00, from the National Cash'Register Company, as recommended by
<br />James R. Borror, Deputy Controller, and contract was awarded accordingly.
