<br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3275 - ALLEY BETWEEN
<br />WAYNE STREET AND SONNYMEDE AVENUE
<br />Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc.; consulting engineers, file with the
<br />Board certificate of completion of the paving of the alley between Wayne
<br />Street and Sunnymede Avenue, from Sunnyside Avenue to the alley west, in
<br />accordance with the plans and specifications for the project.
<br />And the City Engineer files with the Board an assessment roll, with the names
<br />of the owners and a description of the property to be assessed, with the
<br />amount of the prima facie assessment in the total sum of $6,643.25.
<br />And the Board adopts a resolution accepting said assessment roll and sets
<br />9:30 A.M. on December 29, 1969, as the time for hearing remonstrances; and
<br />directs the Clerk to give notice of such hearing by publication in the South
<br />Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on December 12 and December 19, 1969.

<br />Upon recommendation of the City.Engineer, the request of Portage Realty Corpora-
<br />tion for a reduction in the amount of their performance bond for the con-
<br />struction of sidewalks in Southeast Estates, Section One, from $8000.00 to
<br />$6000.00, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, was approved by
<br />the Board, sidewalks having now been constructed in front of Lots 12, 13, 14,
<br />17, 18, 19 and 20.
