326 <br />11/24/69 <br />LEASES - MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM <br />Copy of lease of Morris Civic Auditorium with Bethel College Music Lecture <br />Series for the Roger Wagner Corale on November 8, 1969, and with Universal <br />Artists for the Roy Clark Show on November 21, 1969, were reviewed and ordered <br />filed. <br />STREET LIGHTING - KENSINGTON FARMS SECTION 5 - APPROVED <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the <br />recommendation of the Traffic Engineer for the installation of street lights <br />in Kensington Farms, Section 5, as follows: <br />Install - <br />3 <br />Town and <br />Country fixtures <br />Install - <br />3 <br />7000L MV <br />UG CP <br />Replace <br />- 2 <br />Town and <br />Country fixtures with two 7000L MV UG CP <br />at a cost to the City of $38.50 per month. <br />SALVATION ARMY - CHRISTMAS KETTLE BOOTHS <br />Approval of the Board on November 19, 1969 for the Salvation Army to place <br />its kettle booths during the holiday season, commencing November 29, 1969, <br />on Michigan Street at Wayne, Jefferson and Washington Streets is hereby <br />confirmed and made a part of these minutes. <br />CONTRACTORS' BONDS <br />The following were approved and ordered filed: <br />Contractor's bond on behalf of John Vanek - to 11/10/70. <br />Certificate continuing contractor's bond on behalf of Charles Jurtin to 12/31/70. <br />Certificate continuing contractor's bond for McIntyre & Jones - to 1/1/71. <br />Certificate continuing contractor's bond for Asher Constr. Co.- to 1/1/71. <br />EXCAVAT ION BONDS <br />The following were approved and ordered filed: <br />Certificate continuing excavation bond for Sid's Plumbing & Heating to 12/31/70._ <br />Certificate continuing excavation bond for Charles Nettrour - to 12/31/70. <br />Certificate continuing excavation bond for Donald D.
