10/27/69 <br />3 1 1 <br />1 <br />0 <br />1 <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3305 - SEARS, ROEBUCK & COMPANY <br />Lloyd S. Taylor, City Engineer, files assessment roll showing the award of <br />damages and the assessment of benefits in Vacation Resolution No. 3305, being <br />for the vacation of: <br />The north -south alley between Lafayette Boulevard and <br />Franklin Street from Monroe Street north to the north <br />right of way line of the first east -west alley; the <br />east -west alley between Monroe Street and Western?Avenue <br />from Franklin Street east to the west right of way 1 ne <br />of the north -south alley between Franklin Street and <br />Lafayette Boulevard; and the east -west alley between <br />Monroe Street and Western Avenue from Franklin Street <br />west to the east right of way line of the north -south <br />alley between Franklin Street and William Street. <br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will meet <br />in the City Hall at 9:30 A.M. on November 24, 1969, for the purpose of hearing <br />.and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said <br />vacation. And the Clerk is directed to give notice of said hearing, together <br />with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed to the property owners <br />by publishing same on the 31st day of October, the 'th day of November and the <br />llth day of November, 1969, in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such <br />vacation: <br />Lots 4 and 5 of Block 8 of Vail's Southwest Addition, Lots 27, <br />28, 29, 30 and 31 of Vail's Southwest Addition and Lots 64, <br />65 and 66 of Martine Addition. <br />Total net damages <br />Total net benefits <br />$00.00 <br />$00.00 <br />Respectfully submitted this 27th day of October, 1969. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - <br />33RD STREET <br />Lloyd S. Taylor <br />City Civil Engineer <br />PROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. <br />ENDED) - <br />Clyde E. Williams & Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, file with the Board <br />its certificate of completion of the paving of 33rd Street, from Pleasant Street <br />to North Side in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor. <br />And the City Engineer files with the Board an assessment roll, with the names <br />of the owners and a description of the property subject to be assessed, with <br />the amount of the prima facie assessement in the total sum of $10,390.41. <br />And the Board adopts a resolution accepting said assessment roll, and sets <br />9:30 A.M. , on the 17th day of November, 1969, as the time when the owners <br />of such real estate may attend in person or by representative and be heard. <br />And the Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing by publication in <br />the South Bebd Tribune and the Tri County News on October 31 and November 7, <br />1969. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3265 - CLYDE STREET (AMENDED) <br />Clyde E. Williams & Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, file with the <br />Board its certificate of completion of the paving of Clyde Street, from Donald <br />Street to Calvert Street in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor. <br />And the City Engineeer files with the Board an assessment roll, with the names <br />of the owners and a description of the property subject to be assessed, with <br />the amount of the prima facie assessment in the total sum of $4,868.82. <br />And the Board adopts a resolution accepting said assessment roll, and sets <br />9:30 A.M., on the 17th day of November, 1969, as the time when the owners <br />of such real estate may attend in person or by representative and be heard. <br />
